Winter is a time of nesting. With more time indoors, we organize our homes, light candles and fireplaces, and often even decorate our spaces. Just as it feels necessary to make our homes cozy and inviting during this season of cold nights and dark days, it’s also the perfect time to turn that same focus inward so that we are better equipped for the long year ahead.

Coming off of a year of so much uncertainty, large-scale planning can feel out of reach. But we can make big strides with small steps to nourish ourselves and be more prepared, resilient, and grounded.

This 3 week series provides an opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow together. Each week will focus on progressive themes that weave intentions through movement, pranayama, philosophy, and meditation. We’ll meet twice a week for an hour on Monday and Thursday mornings, with a longer Saturday class that sums up the theme of each week and includes group discussions and breakout sessions.
